NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age as of November 1, 2005 to enter and a legal resident of the United States. Void in California and Tennessee and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: You are automatically entered when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form, including your name, address, e-mail address and age, before 11:59pm EST on March 1, 2006. Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez is not responsible for transmission and/or computer error. Limit one entry per day per e-mail location. E-mail that is mis-directed, illegible, or not received due to technical malfunction will not be eligible. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS November 1, 2005. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY March 1, 2006.

Employees of Brown-Forman Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensed wholesalers, retailers and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) First Place Prizes awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a Home Bar with accessories (estimated retail value $1,500.00). The prize does not include any beverage alcohol. The First Place Prize consists of a Pepe Lopez baseball cap (estimated retail value $15.00). All Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of prizewinner. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. Limit one prize per entrant. Un-accepted prize may not be awarded. The prize will expire one year from date of issuance. Alcoholic beverage(s) is not a part of any prize.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The drawing will be held on or about March 3, 2006 and will be conducted by an independent agency whose decision concerning all aspects of this sweepstakes shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PARTICIPATION: Participants agree that by submitting their entry they release Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez and participating promotional companies from any liability in connection with their computer equipment/software. Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person' computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this promotion.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winners will be notified via e-mail, mail or telephone by March 10, 2005. The prizewinner's e-mail address may also be posted on our site. Prizewinner does not need to be on line at time of notification.

A potential winner may be required to claim his or her prize within 21 days of notification by signing before a notary and returning to the address stated in the notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the notarized affidavit and Release are not returned within 21 days of notification, the winner will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation (where permitted). By accepting the prize winner; a) releases Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensed wholesalers, retailers and participating promotional companies from any and all liability, claims, action or proceedings arising out of and/or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion/sweepstakes activity or in connection with the use of the prize; as well as b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez, for promotional purposes in connection with this sweepstakes of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation (where permitted).

Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez is not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Pepe Lopez assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt.
